Jack Maguire, Research Assitant
Research Assistant, based in Maynooth University
Jack holds a BA in English Studies from Trinity College and has experience in communications, administration, and content management. Most recently, he worked as a Media and Content Coordinator for the Psychology Society of Ireland.
He also holds a first-class honours postgraduate diploma in Social Policy and Practice, as well as a first-class honours MSc in Applied Social Research, both from Trinity College Dublin. For his Master’s, he conducted a systematic literature review with the Department of Children, Equality, Disability, Integration, and Youth on the topic of children aging out of foster care systems.
Passionate about evidence-based policy development and social inequality research, Jack aims to apply his enthusiasm and expertise in research methodologies to support College Connect’s mission to widen participation in higher education.
